You do not need to register to use our products and services.

We will not ask you to provide any personally identifiable information, such as your email address, except when contacting our support team or using Fortress Browser.

Your activity will not be recorded unless you choose to voluntarily participate in our UX improvement program (see below for more information).

Your IP address will not be recorded.

We do not record the URLs or other information of websites you may visit.

We do not have access to your cookies or saved passwords.

We do not have access to any files you download.

We take various steps to protect your privacy when you use our services, including but not limited to our products, websites, applications, and/or other services.

However, we may collect information about you to improve your experience. This collection is used only for lawful purposes. We do not request any information that personally identifies you.

Data collected by Fortress Browser

No personal information is required to download and use our products and/or services. When you download and/or use our products, websites and services, we receive some standard information typically provided by web browsers, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. This information is collected to help us better understand how our customers use our products and/or services. We may process certain information for statistical purposes, such as compiling and publishing reports on website usage trends.

Manually entered information

If you access certain types of our services, you will be required to provide some personal information. You will be notified in advance about the information you will be required to provide. It is up to you to decide whether or not to send us personal information.

If you contact us for any reason, we will contact you via email or an in-app feedback form. During this process, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your email so that we can review it and respond if necessary.

In some cases, we may also launch a survey. If you choose to participate in our surveys, we will collect additional information about you (such as your email address). We may use other vendors to process the information you voluntarily provide in the surveys, but their access to your personal information is contractually limited to what is necessary to perform the service.

If you contact our support services, you may be asked to provide additional information, such as your operating system and version, and other information we request, to resolve your issue.

Information collected automatically

When you use our products and services, your device automatically sends certain information, such as your IP address, device information, and language. However, this data is only used temporarily to provide you with content and for security purposes to ensure that you are not a robot. We do not store or keep your IP address or any unique identifiers associated with your searches or site visits, but instead anonymize your IP address in the format 1.2.3.XXX. This means that we cannot log your activities when you use our services.

Service Providers

Your personal information (name, contact information, email address) may be shared with third-party service providers who provide certain services to us (providing support, performing data analysis, providing and supporting website features and functionality). These service providers are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us under the terms of their employment.
